This past month, Padua Franciscan High School senior Audrey Malcuit was named top 10 in the class of 2025 according to her outstanding Cumulative GPA. Malcuit is a senior here at Padua Franciscan High School in Parma, Ohio. She is the valedictorian of the class of 2025.

Malcuit told the BBN “It feels great to be recognized” and she “feels ecstatic” that she was able to achieve the goal freshman year Audrey had dreamed of. Malcuit set this goal for herself her freshman year and said it was something she always kept in the back of her mind. She said the mindset she used was to, “never settle and always, always work hard and try to achieve more.”

Malcuit said dedicating time to work on her studies while still putting God first is ultimately what got her to this point and she thanks all her teachers and fellow peers for their time and dedication to her. She said the Padua environment has allowed her to grow closer to God while achieving her academic excellence.

While at Padua, Malcuit has been heavily involved. She is captain of the varsity girls’ soccer team, leader of the Spanish club, involved in the blood drive, and Padua’s LLS (Leukemia & Lymphoma Society) campaign.
