Spring Fling Tickets are now on sale; Bruins must use their Student ID#s as their passcode

Padua’s first annual Spring Fling dance is fast approaching, and tickets are NOW on sale at Padua’s Hometown Ticketing online box office. Every Bruin who attends the dance can purchase ONE ticket, using their student ID number as their passcode. If a Padua student chooses to bring an outside guest, then students can download the guest form, have it filled out, and turn it in to receive an additional passcode for that guest.
“I am really excited for olympic week and spring fling,” says Senior Class Vice President, Sophia Kucera. “I cannot wait to add flair to the ENTIRE week instead of one day. This is going to be a great last olympic week for the seniors.” Conceived by the SLC, Spring Fling is intended to be the culmination of Olympic Week, a week-long celebration of friendly class competition and school spirit. The Spring Fling is also going to be a Sadie Hawkins-inspired dance. Senior class president explains: “A Sadie Hawkins dance is essentially where the girls ask the guys to the dance instead of the other way around. So this doesn’t mean that the guys can’t ask the girls out, but it’s gonna be promoted where the girls ask them all out, so that’s exciting.”

According to Junior Class Moderator, Mr. Jennrich, Padua used to do a Sadie Hawkins dance back in the 90s. And Emily adds, “I remember there was also an episode of Liv and Maddie [about a Sadie Hawkins Dance], and I loved it…it went very well in that episode!” So ladies, let’s see those creative proposals we know you have in you, and get your tickets TODAY!
