Padua’s almost entirely rookie Mock Trial team earns tons of accolades at competition

CONGRATULATIONS to the Mock Trial team for their stellar performance at competition last week. In the middle of exam week, these students managed to pull off the following:

Out of a possible 4 awards, Padua won three outstanding witnesses: Brianna Weber, Annabella Croft, and Nico Senior!

Sophia Zhuchyk ’26 won outstanding attorney for the fourth time in a row!!

And as a team, Padua won two out of four trials. Although they will not be advancing on to regionals, they have much to celebrate, given that most of the team members were new this year, and 17 out of 20 have the opportunity to return next year. Great job to all these outstanding Bruins and kudos to Ms. Winger for making it possible.
